Managing Partner Biographies
Skye Allsop: Skye has been intimately involved with the construction and management of luxury real estate in the Lake Tahoe region for many years. One of his most recent experiences included the development of The Village at Northstar in North Lake Tahoe, where he served as a construction manager. It was during the construction of the Village that Skye realized the utmost importance of property management and the demands of the luxury homeowner and vacation rental guest.
Prior to his involvement in property management and vacation rentals, Skye worked in custom welding, helicopter tour guiding for a glacial trekking company in Juneau, Alaska and, wine sales for Mondavi Winery. Skye prides himself in his strong communication skills and attention to the smallest of details. He believes the first step in creating a successful luxury vacation rental business is listening to the clients’ individual needs.
Skye graduated with a Bachelor in Science from Western Washington University. He is an accomplished skier and mountain biker and enjoys spending time with his wife, Tori, and son, James, at their beautiful home in Truckee.
