Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.* We cannot authorize an early check-in. Due to very tight schedules and quick turnaround times, we are not able to accommodate early check-in requests. If you wish to have a late check-out, please check with us 24 hours in advance of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate, if possible.

*Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 will be 5pm.

 

After Hours Check-In:

Village at Northstar: If the Tahoe Mountain Lodging Office is closed upon your arrival, your keys and parking pass will have been taken to the Northstar Lodge/Welk Resorts for you to pick-up. The front desk is staffed 24/7. The Northstar Lodge/Welk Resorts is located right behind the Village at Northstar Guest Drop Off area.

All other residences are accessible 24 hours a day for check-in

 

Parking:

Village at Northstar: Village at Northstar guests receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on-property, and is not guaranteed.

Private homes: Private residences have garage parking available. Please be aware during the winter season snow plow service will need to access driveway to remove snow.

 

Housekeeping:

A departure clean is purchased with every reservation. Guests may choose to purchase additional housekeeping services upon request, with a 48 hour notice.

Please note that all cleans are done between 9AM-5PM and unfortunately we are not able to request a specific time. You will be charged in advance for the clean and if for any reason the cleaning team is turned away at the time of arrival, they may not be able to return and you will be charged for the clean. You do not need to be present for their arrival, but we do ask that you leave all doors open to the rooms (bathroom doors as well) that you would like cleaned. They will not enter rooms in which the door is closed.

 

Mail and Parcels:

We ask that all parcels be sent and received through The Office Boss in Truckee. There is a $5 receiving fee for all shipments.
