POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies which can be found here:
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 4 children under the age of 16. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- All reservations are subject to approval by owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hr for confirmation.
- Access to the NPOA is $5.00 per person, per visit.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm.
