This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath residence located near the Northstar golf course has everything you need for your next Tahoe adventure. Enjoy the expansive front deck with a private hot tub. Four bedrooms, a large great room, plus a cozy media room, offer plenty of space for one or two families! Hop on the free shuttle, with door-to-door pick up and only a short ride to the Village at Northstar, to access the NPOA recreation center, skiing, biking, and more!

- Access to the NPOA Rec Center, including two year-round pools, a hot tub, a large fitness facility, locker rooms, a game room for the kids and lounge area for the adults. Outside you will have access to Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts (open seasonally).
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area and driveway. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm.

Our family had a wonderful visit at 116 Basque. It is beautifully furnished and well-equipped. We took full advantage of the free shuttle to Northstar. The layout of the kitchen and living room area is ideal for family games and hanging out after a great day of skiing. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Victory Lodge! Our group had nothing but great things to say about the home and location. The house was plenty big for our group with great open space for cooking, lounging, and playing board games together in the living room. We loved the scenery and access to walking and snowshoeing nearby, with just a quick shuttle to the Village for skiing. We had a fantastic vacation and will definitely return for our next ski getaway!

We LOVED staying at this home! Beautifully decorated, clean, organized, well-stocked with everything we needed. Big open great room, bonus room downstairs, two king master bedrooms (a real plus), nice large deck, and the shuttle bus CAME RIGHT TO THE DRIVEWAY when we called, giving our group flexibility to and from the mountain just up the road. We had a really great time. We'll definitely return!
We loved our stay at Victory Lodge! It has an excellent layout with the living room and kitchen upstairs to create an open and inviting space which is perfect for group dinners and other fun activities. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and very cozy. The location in Northstar is prime especially during ski season as the shuttle picks up right at the edge of the driveway and drops off at the mountain for easy access! The house also has nice touches of art which immerse you in the feeling of mountain living. Could not recommend this place enough!
