Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.* Guests may check-in 24 hours a day. Please refer to arrival information for specific check-in instructions.

 

*Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm.

Cancellation:

  • Non-holiday reservations may be cancelled up to eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date of the reservation by submitting a written notice of cancellation to Agent. Agent will refund any fees paid by Renter less the 50% non-refundable reservation fee. Within eight (8) weeks prior to arrival the reservation becomes 100% non-refundable and non-modifiable, excluding the damage insurance, departure clean fee and occupancy tax on the departure clean fee.
  • Holiday reservations are non-refundable and non-modifiable at the time of booking. Once Agent confirms the signed Rental Agreement and receives the 50% reservation fee, Renter is obligated for the full amount of the Rent. Cancellation of a holiday reservation at any time will result in a forfeiture of the full amount of Rent.
  • There shall be no refund or credit provided beyond this cancellation policy in the event Renter is unable to arrive at the Property on the arrival date or in the event Renter departs from the Property prior to the departure date for the following reasons, including but not limited to: road closures, inclement weather, health problems, fires in the basin which do not require evacuation, or disruption of utility services.

Reservation Fee and Payments:

A reservation fee of 50% of the Rent is due immediately upon execution of this Rental Agreement.  Once paid, the reservation fee is for services rendered in entering into this Rental Agreement and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-MODIFIABLE.  The balance of the Rent and other charges specified above is due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival. If this Rental Agreement is entered into less than eight (8) weeks prior to arrival, all amounts are due immediately upon execution of this Rental Agreement.  Please indicate in Paragraph 23, below, your preference for payment: check or credit card.
 

Vacation Rental Damage Protection:

As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000. The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment.

Absolutely no smoking and no pets are allowed inside the Property.
