Located in the community near the Northstar Golf Course, this residence is conveniently situated for quick and easy access to golf, skiing, the Northstar Recreation Center, and the vibrant Village at Northstar. The home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, two living areas, and ample deck space for everyone to enjoy! The main level is centered around a well-appointed kitchen, making this a fantastic layout for entertaining. Two living areas on either side of the kitchen feature stone fireplaces, and each living room accesses separate decks with seating for outdoor dining. The breakfast nook is located just off of the kitchen, and offers views of the back deck. With no development behind the home, the forested backdrop to the back deck offers a feeling of seclusion. From the front deck, enjoy a peek-a-boo view of Martis Valley.
The spacious master suite looks out the back of the house, with forest views and a private sliding door out to the large deck with hot tub. Downstairs you will find three additional bedrooms with ample sleeping space. The junior master suite has a twin daybed and twin trundle bed, and the two bunk rooms share a large bathroom. In addition to multiple ways to access the outdoor living space from the main level, one of the downstairs bunk rooms also has a door that allows access to both decks!
The fifth bedroom has its own separate entrance, with a queen bed, full bathroom, TV, and lofted area - enjoy the privacy of an in-law unit while also being located just a few steps from the main home to enjoy use of the living room and kitchen. This cozy Northstar residence is perfect for entertaining friends and family or retreating after an exhilarating Tahoe adventure!
With access to the NPOA Rec Center guests may enjoy use of this facility which includes two year-round pools, a hot tub, a large fitness facility, locker rooms, a game room for the kids and lounge area for the adults. Outside you will have access to Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts (open seasonally). In the winter, use the dial-a-ride shuttle service to get to and from the Northstar Village!

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 2 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed this maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- Note, this residence does not have A/C.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

Spacious for 3 families. Amazing backyard trails especially since it snowed. Great home layout with bedrooms downstairs and kitchen and 2 family rooms upstairs. Nice and cozy with 2 fireplaces (lots of wood in garage) Lots of windows to check out all the views.

The home was located in a very nice neighborhood near a golf course and was very close to Northstar Village which was really nice. The home was spacious and very comfortable, everything was very clean. Having one of the bedrooms and bathroom as its own spot just outside the living room was perfect for our niece who had her 1 year old with her. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to park our car in the garage. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, which warmed up nicely. We had all that we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals and a very nice large family style table to enjoy eating together. We loved the cute little nook as well which worked out great for games and our niece who had some work to do, it was private enough for that but not so secluded. We did have some issues with the kitchen refrigerator but they had an extra one in the garage that helped out. They were prompt in helping us with the issue. Very nice home to stay in especially if you are skiing at Northstar.

Well suited for a large group, with an excellent "great room" layout that allows everyone to be together. Nice extras including hot tub, two fireplaces with plenty of wood, very well equipped kitchen, etc. Quiet/private location with trail access. Six Pickleball courts now at the Rec center.

Place was really clean with an awesome jacuzzi in the back. Walls are a little thin so you can hear people moving around but not a big problem. I had a small issue and tried to contact the property manager but could not reach anyone after several calls so that wasn't fun. Did have an incident with a bat that was in the house though with no fault to the owner...it just kind of flew in when no one was looking so I might get a rabies shot just in case...

The house has a large living area and large kitchen. There are several large patio tables/chairs as well that we didn’t use because of the heavy smoke from the Caldor fire. I mention this because the owners bought 3 portable air purifiers and they helped keep the inside comfortable These were appreciated! We had a good time playing games, working on a puzzle and using the hot tub with our covid masks on :)

Brilliantly located, very clean and easy access to getting in and out of the property. PLENTYYYY of parking space. Amazing living room are and kitchen set up. Open!!! The hot tub is lovely and can fit 4-6 people comfy. The hiking trail behind the house is easy to find and was a nice walk. Such a great birthday weekend experience! Will definitely save this house to book.

We had a great trip, but there were a couple quirks with this property. The layout is a bit of a maze and there are a lot of steps. There are steps into the bathroom from one of the bedrooms which is odd. We had a lot of fun in the open space behind the property and the property management was responsive and nice.

The overall experience was very good - clean big house, excellent location, thank you for a great stay! I liked 2 fireplaces and big space and kitchen. Just a couple of things to mention: 1. a property manager tried to contact me via email, but the email got to junk folder, so I didn't see it. My suggestion is just to use standard vrbo messaging, so It won't get to junk folder. 2. The knifes in the kitchen are extremely blunt, it would be nice if you could fix it. 3. We stayed 8 days and for this period we were offered just 1 roll of toilet paper per person. I think for the price we paid it would be nice to have some extra paper :) 4. grill was not clean 5. the mattress on the ground floor (big room) was very uncomfortable, it looks like it is old and probably needs to be changed.

The home was fabulous. It was very clean. There was a very detailed binder with every answer to any questions you could have. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the kitchen was stocked with any cooking items you would need. I would stay here again without even looking at another property.

Very spacious! The two living rooms was nice to spread out. Two balconies were a plus as well! Pretty much every room has its own doorway outside so that was a plus everyone had their own privacy during the stay. The pictures i saw didn’t do this place any justice - it’s real nice! I would highly recommend and stay again.
