Get outside and make a difference during Truckee River Day, an annual community volunteer event dedicated to restoring and protecting the Truckee River watershed. Hosted by the Truckee River Watershed Council, this longtime tradition brings together residents and visitors to improve local meadows, streams, forests, and wildlife habitat while helping preserve the natural beauty of the Truckee-Tahoe region
