Very well appointed. Our only complaint was that the king size bed was a little too hard for our backs but might be ideal for another couple. But we did enjoy your time there....location was great.

The "Cozy Ski-in/Ski-out Northstar Village Residence at Big Horn" is exactly that, a warm welcoming place to stay with easy access to the slopes. The personal little touches of the decoration and games for the family to play made the stay just that much more special. Will definitely check the availability next time.

The Tahoe Exclusive Team is fantastic. They are so helpful and accommodating (early/late check in or out) etc that I will not rent from anyone else. Their properties are top notch, beautiful, and well maintained/equipped which makes a vacation easy - as it should be! Thank you

Location is steps from the gondola at Northstar - quality of the furnishings and appliances and unit in general were fantastic. We had a great week and were very happy. Thank you very much.

We had an amazing time! It snowed the entire time we were there. Although we weren’t able to ice skate, the sledding we did was so fun because there was so much fun. The property was beautiful and checking in and out was so easy. My daughter had a fun sixteenth birthday with family and a friend!

Very well appointed unit, very clean and well maintained. Location is right next to ski school drop-off, perfect for families with young kids.

It was very nice, but a few issues..TV didn’t work, difficult to get someone to fix it, we had to buy toilet paper, very little provided. Heater was not working properly, it was too warm in the condo, shut off all heat, it was still 72 in the unit. We had to keep the window open a bit!

The location cannot be understated, it is ski to the bottom of the gondola and take off your skis. That is amazing. The only suggestion we had is the beds are very hard. That’s not a complaint, it’s great for some, but perhaps a little softer when they replace them.

Great weekend celebrating daughters 18th birthday with friends

We had a terrific short stay at Northstar, this is right in the station, within walking distance of everything. The appartment is clean, convenient and well furnished!

This condo has identical floorplan to other 2 bedroom units in Northstar Village residence and are outfitted similarly. What sets this condo apart is the stylish furnishing and decoration which make the unit feel more upscale. Another nice thing is the condo faces the ski lift side so it's nice and quiet. Property manager is very professional and easy to work with. Not sure if it's because of Covid-19 Northstar village is very dead during our stay in July. Almost all the shops are closed. Even startbucks is not open.

Close enough to Lake Tahoe and all the hiking trails. Clean condo with lots of amenities. Entire family enjoyed the stay over there, so thanks!

We really enjoyed the convenience, comfort and quiet of this property. We would make some small suggestions: either another ski locker key or install a digital lock with code. Our party went out and came in at different times and having only one key made this difficult. Also there needs to be an update to the instructions for the TV. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.

Easy checkin/ checkout. Very nice clean, well appointed unit. Lots of property manager support by phone or online. Everything was smooth and as described.

Outstanding! Big Horn Lodge, unit #408, is a great and relaxing condo. The unit has everything for the perfect stay! Lovely! You will not be disappointed.

Great property and condo!

Our stay was fine, however we couldn’t check in until 4:45pm or so. The unit itself didn’t seem that clean. There were crumbs on the area rug, the kitchen floor was not mopped and the dishwasher was left full.
