*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds and the Pavilion access may be limited or inaccessible during this week.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Note, this residence does not have A/C.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

I am beyond impressed with not only this beautiful, well-equipped and spacious property, but with the attentiveness of Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals. Brooke was absolutely fantastic!!! She was friendly and efficient as were the people at the check-in office on-site. The amenities, location and overall vibe of Northstar can’t be beat. Such a great stay all around!

Property definitely met our expectations. Comfortable and spacious for our family. We were able to relax. The office setup with monitor in the bonus room came in handy for those of us who had to work some. Property manager was communicative and helpful. Kitchen accessories were a little tired and random but plenty to work with. We would return.

We booked this house along with three others for our work retreat and had such a wonderful experience in the neighborhood and with the lovely staff of Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals. This house served as our main house and gathering space and was perfect for a large amount of people. Will be back! Thanks!

If this house is available, book it. We truly enjoyed our trip to Truckee. The home is gorgeous as well as the surroundings. The home was clean and very well equipped for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable and the heated bathroom floors were heavenly. The host was also very responsive to any issues we had. We will certainly be back!

Great stay, Super convenient and very modern home. Beds were comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Great fireplace and a perfect place to spend the winter holiday.
We had 4 couples stay for a long ski weekend. We had a blast. The house is perfect. It is large, comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The access to the Tahoe Mountain Club is a bonus. We will be back.
