This beautiful and expansive condo is located in the Great Bear Lodge building, right in the heart of The Village at Northstar. Located on the 4th floor, the residence overlooks the skating rink and is a short walk to the gondolas. Experience the ultimate Northstar vacation with complete privacy that begins with direct elevator access into the condo. The open floor plan features a comfortable great room with gas fireplace. There are televisions and DVD players in every room. The home is perfect for entertaining with a dining area which opens right onto the large private patio. You will be in the center of all the action with spectacular views of the slopes and skating rink below. The master bedroom is a beautifully decorated king suite. This family-friendly residence features a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk in the third bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This exclusive residence is the ultimate in Village at Northstar luxury!
Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Iron Horse South Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking

We have stayed at Great Bear several times during the Summer over the years and GB 404 did not disappoint. It is a great base for visits to North Tahoe beaches and restaurants. Our family enjoyed it throughly.

We had 3 couples and a baby and the space was perfect for us all. The Village was quiet but perfect for walking around and our toddler free to roam. Our condo had great family space and each couple enjoyed privacy as well. Very family friendly.

So simple. Drive up, get room keys, park underground, cart up luggage in private elevator, enter condo, pick your room, open the doors to look down on ice skating rink, the snow and imagine hitting the slopes in another 5 minutes with a super short walk. Take a deep breathe and relax!!! Gondola so close, restaurants below, shopping and more. It’s like hitting an EASY button.

Didn’t realize how perfect this home was until we got out of the elevator. The home was in the perfect spot of the village. The view was amazing from the balcony. Very roomy place for kids to run around. Check in was very easy. The home had everything you need. It’s your Upgraded home away from home. There’s A safe secure garage to park your vehicles. Our host Lauren was a great help. Thank You Lauren! Would love to come back again maybe in the winter time and see all the snow from the balcony.

The unit exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t even begin to show how amazing the unit is. The unit was nicely decorated and had a gourmet kitchen. Easy access to the unit from the parking garage and main activities on the main level. Very quiet at night but the center of all the activities during the day. The management was extremely attentive to any of our needs.

The one word to describe this condo is immaculate. It's spacious, luxurious, and has a gorgeous view of Northstar village. There was everything we needed, including a full-size washer and dryer, and elevator that leads you right into the condo. The rooms were well equipped with extra pillows, blankets, and the bathrooms had all the necessary amenities. We absolutely loved how large and functional the kitchen was! They had everything down to a blender, coffee machine, and so many pots and pans for every use you could imagine. The common area accommodate our group of eight (and a baby!) perfectly, as did the patio. We also appreciated the extra measures that were taken to ensure the place was sanitized before our arrival, including an extra set of gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer. If we plan on staying in Northstar in the future, we'll definitely be looking at this condo again.

This condo is spacious and luxurious. It is right above the skating rink so if quiet is a priority for you it might not be your cup of tea. However, we liked everything about the space, the maintenance of the property, the full-size washer and dryer, and the elevator right into our condo. Parking is also super easy as you park at the base of your own elevator. This property was perfect for two grandparents, two parents, and two children/grandies. The space could have easily accommodated more children. When we experienced a problem with the a/c in the main room (bedrooms have their own units) it was fixed promptly. Northstar is an easy drive to the river, lake, and Truckee.

Wonderful place to stay for skiing!The condo was laid out perfectly for our family of 8. The location for skiing couldn’t have been better. The kitchen was well equipped. The hospitality team was friendly and very accommodating.
