- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

Everything was just as listed.
Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals was wonderful to deal with. This Northstar home is beautiful and in a great location! The furnishings are lovely and it was great having a bathroom in each bedroom, and the beds were very comfortable. We found there to be ample toilet paper and paper towels in the house. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. I know the rental mentions that there is salt and pepper in the kitchen, but we were pleasantly surprised to find an incredible array of spices, oils, and condiments that had been left behind by previous renters. There are a number of small appliances such as a drip coffee maker, small Nespresso machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and rice cooker. It was hot when we were there, so a big plus was having AC in the house. On the nights where we didn't want to cook, we dined at one of the restaurants in Northstar Village, which is a 5 minute walk from the house. There are a number of restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the hiking trails within walking distance of the house, as well as the nearby pickleball courts. This is truly a great home and we would definitely stay here again!
