- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking

We are in love with the area and your mountain retreat. The juxtaposition of the lake to the mtn village is exactly what we needed and love. The unit was what was advertised and what we expected. Some Elements that standout:- location is great in village- pool reservation system worked well- check-in process was fast and easy. We were able to get a garage key prior to check-in time to go sit by the pool.- the fireplace on the deck was an amazing surprise- loved the extra blankets for the cooler mtn airNorthstar Lodge will be on the short list for our annual girl’s trip!
Beautiful Condo. Very comfortable, tasteful decor and furnishings, upscale appliances. Great location on the edge of the village. Close to the Fitness Ctr and Pool. Pretty mountain views instead of just looking across to another building. Kitchen had everything we needed plus. Prior to arrival, some conflicting advice on parking for a second vehicle. Originally told by 2 different agents that free parking is available in the garage or outside lot nearby, but on arrival we found that the only option for the second car was to pay $25/day in the garage. Not a big deal, but confusing.
