We loved everything about our trip! The lodge was super clean and had absolutely everything you might need. We stayed for 5 nights. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Check in was super easy and we loved the parking area. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They even recommended some places to visit. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic accommodation and set up. Apartment excellently appointed. Only negative comment is it should be possible to use garbage drop on 4th floor rather than carrying it down to car park.

Nice of lobby staff to open automatic doors for us. Our 3.5 year old said it was magic. I appreciate the early check in. Front staff was friendly. The trash room did not have any cannisters when we left 10 AM Labor Day

This was a beautiful place - Perfect for out family of 6. We enjoyed the pool and nearby village. And we were less than 10 minutes to Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe. Staff was friendly. We plan on staying here again.

This vacation rental manager really know what they are doing. We have been in the vacation rental business for 20 years and I took notes on how well they have maintained the property and the amenities they provide. Everything was top of the line - from furnishings to cleanliness and the place is beautiful with outstanding views!

We stayed as 3 couples for a week and very much enjoyed everything about our stay. The 3 King beds was the ideal situation, and everyone appreciated the privacy of separate baths as well. Kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances and the essentials. I will say it was a bonus that the unit had A/C (as many Tahoe homes do not) because it was unseasonably hot and we were unable to open windows at night due to the smoke. Brooke was super responsive, we would certainly stay here agin!

This condo is absolutely fabulous! Everything was brand new and so very clean. They really thought of everything to stock a mountain get away house. From Crock pot to board games. The entertainment system is seemless and easy. You can log into your own Apple and Netflix and all of that on the main TV. It was a beautiful place to stay on the mountain. We loved it and hope to be back!

We LOVED our stay at Northstar Lodge 404! Location is ideal, spacious size for six of us! Will definitely come back summer and winter!

Very nice condo.Village was nice but most places were closed until the weekend. Would definitely recommend condo. Nicely furnished and really nice kitchen and bathrooms.

We had a great experience. Overall, the unit was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of games for the kids to play. Perfect location too, especially with a gondola right outside the doors.

The accommodation is just as portrayed on VRBO. Nice and comfortable. Loved the spa each afternoon. The only drawback is that it faces the road and with all the snow we had, the plows were going between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning with their reverse beeps waking us all up. Reception was sympathetic and provided us with ear plugs.

Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals was very accommodating and seamless with our rental transaction. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had all the amenities necessary for our cooking and cleaning needs. The property also had great amenities such underground heated parking, ski/snowbaord valet, a game room, and a gym. The experience for myself, my wife, our three kids, and two grandparents was a pure joy. We had a great time, we would recommend this unit to others, and we will visit again in the future.

All around exceeded expectations. The place was immaculate with luxury, convenience, comfort, and peacefulness - everything we could've asked for. The views of the mountains on the balcony with the fireplace was a great bonus. Using the BBQs to renting movies was fun and easy. We'd definitely stay again.

This was a great unit with a spectacular view. This Luxury Condo was roomy and extremely comfortable! This is the 6th time we have used TEVR for our yearly Tahoe Vacations. They are the best!

From beginning to end our family had an amazing time! The management company was a pleasure to work with, the workers at the front desk were kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We are a family of six (2 high schoolers, 2 middle schoolers, and parents)...plenty of space, comfortable beds, fun games to play in the unit and Welks Lodge has employees who help with activities around the lodge area, as well as paid excursions. We did many of the games/activities around The lodge area, and we also went on the kayaking/paddle boarding excursion and had a great time! We will definitely stay here again!

The staff and rental agent were very helpful and the apartment was fantastic. The only hiccup was that the prearranged cleaning for Friday never showed up.
