*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $75 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

Great location, close to the Golf Shop and the Pavillion yet private with a nice deck, hot tub and a lovely view . Clean, well-stocked and comfortable. BBQ was clean, appliances all worked well. Note that the only food/cooking spices, etc. in the home are salt and pepper. So bring what you need and enjoy!! A wonderful experience!

What a fantastic weekend at this house. This place was clean, well stocked, and an awesome home base for our Tahoe adventure. With a perfect location just far enough past the main entrance to Old Greenwood, but still close enough to walk to the neighborhood and feel very disconnected from the hustle and bustle, we loved this place. The garage is plenty big enough for two vehicles, the TV and sound system is upgraded and awesome, the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Bedrooms are spacious and well done and the view from the back deck or hot tub will take your breath away. This is a beautiful house in a beautiful spot. We’d love to rent again soon!

A group of friends decided at last minute to spend a long weekend up in Truckee. We looked online and there was not much available for our dates. We came across this property and decided to take a chance on it. All I can say is that the pictures in the listing are not accurate. The place is much, much nicer than what the pictures depict. It has vaulted ceilings which give it a great airiness. The place was very clean and stocked well. The best part is you look down a fairway across a pond and is incrediblely quiet. You will love it.
We loved staying here; the house is beautiful and very cozy. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked!! We also loved using the hot tub! We found the entertainment system to be easy to use as well. We would definitely stay here again!!
