Built in 2019, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom residence is located in the newest enclave of luxury cabins in Old Greenwood - the Signature Home Collection. A modern take on the classic 4-bedroom single family residence, this home combines classic mountain architecture and clean modern interiors. The open floor plan features an expansive great room with 2-story vaulted ceilings, and a spacious kitchen with Wolf and KitchenAid appliances, as well as two primary suites. Outside, an expansive deck with a hot tub is the perfect place for enjoying a Truckee sunset. Upstairs offers a second living area with a TV, an office, and two more guest suites. Added bonus is an electric car charging station located in the garage of the residence!

*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $75 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.

This property in Old Greenwood is beautifully appointed and a wonderful place. The house is large and perfect for larger groups. The back patio has an easy to use fireplace, hot tub and BBQ. Old Greenwood is a lovely neighborhood with lots of amenities. And access to all the rest of beautiful Lake Tahoe is convenient. I highly recommend this property and rental company!

I stayed at this beautiful lodge with 8 other people and there was still SO much room! This house not only accommodates large parties, but has beautiful open living spaces with private bedrooms/baths. The lodge sits on a beautiful golf course in Old Greenwood with full spa, outdoor seating and a fire pit. The owners of the property have thought of everything and are so kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend!!! Will be back!

We certainly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The access to the Pavillion was a nice addition . The home was well appointed and very comfortable for our group.It was in a great location convenient to the markets and all the major ski areas. We made good use of the BBQ and wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed our meals in the home and the large dining table that accommodated is very well.The only suggestions I would have for larger groups is to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. They only provide two toilet paper rolls per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels. We stayed a week and quickly ran out of both.Overall a wonderful place to stay!

This home is beautifully decorated and has such a peaceful and welcoming vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for entertaining. The backyard deck with fire pit is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Everything has a high-quality feel including beds, towels - this is not your typical rental! We had literally no complaints and would definitely stay again.
Don’t hesitate to book. Beautiful home with everything you need to have a great time. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and beautifully decorated/maintained. We walked into the house and it seemed as if no one has every stayed there. We spent most of our time on the back deck in the hot tub or next to the gas fire. We played golf everyday and very close to many top courses. Don’t hesitate to book. Bears walking around everyday.
