This three-level home has bedrooms and living space on each level - plenty of room for gathering family and friends for an extraordinary vacation experience!

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 1 child under the age of 16. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM
- No Smoking
- No Gas, Wood or Charcoal BBQ Grills or Fire Pits allowed per Placer County STR Ordinance
