There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds and the Pavilion access may be limited or inaccessible during this week.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

We had an AMAZING experience at this house. The house was gorgeous, the location is beautiful and peaceful, and VERY well stocked with everything we needed to cook and provide for a large group! We loved the seating on both decks and inside the house, which was great for making core memories. Did I mention the kitchen is STOCKED! It had everything including a pressure cooker, a blender, TWO coffee makers, pots and pans of every size, tons of cutting boards, and SO MUCH MORE! And a dry bar with tons of glassware. Nestled at the base of Northstar, this house is in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from the lake and with easy access to hiking trails. We also appreciated that they don't make you strip linens, wash dishes, and deep clean the house before checking out. Overall, we had a great experience with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals and this beautiful home!!! Don't think twice - THIS is the house you need for your Lake Tahoe vacation!
